St. Patrick's Day Fun!

Gosh it really has been a busy few weeks!!! Finally Spring is in full swing!!! Yea,  I'm sure your fairies like ours have been busily blooming & painting  flowers in the garden :0),


Cindy a wonderful lady from America sent us this wonderful photo/email. Thinking it was too sweet not to be shared Cindy has kindly allowed us to share it with you all :

"Hope you had a wonderful St Patrick's Celebration! The leprechaun door was such a magical hit here at our house on St Patrick's morning! My tradition, since I was a child, was to leave your shoes outside your bedroom door the night before St Patrick's Day and the leprechaun would leave little chocolate treats and coins. It's one of my favourite childhood memories from my Grandmother McDevitt. I've passed it on, of course, to my children. We have tons of shamrocks/clovers that grow around our house every year and I would always tell my boys that leprechauns were nearby leaving them for us for good luck. So...now one has moved in with us and it's very exciting! I'm sending along a couple of photos - he lives under the staircase :)"

It's just amazing to think that we were able to add a little extra magic to Cindy's St. Patrick's day Tradition.

Fairy Trinkets

We are super excited about our NEW range of "Fairy Trinkets".  We hope to inspire you all to start a cabinet of Fairyosity.  We have some enchanting miniature glass antique style cabinets coming very soon to house and showcase all of your Fairy Treasures. 


We hope that your Fairydoor will become a Family heirloom that you can pass down from generation to generation.  Each generation can add their own fairy letters and trinkets to the cabinet of Fairyosity.......... spreading a little fairy magic through the generations!

Pancake Tuesday

Valentines Day

On Valentines morning the kids woke to find this outside our Fairy Door!

A tiny jar of "Fairy Wishes"

I had hoped to pop a few pieces off a dandelion clocks head into the jar for the kids to wish on, so they could then blow them away. Being winter and all I had to opt for a couple of coloured star shaped sprinkles and a pinch of white opalescent glitter.  It worked a treat and the kids are still deciding on what to wish for Bless!

A little Fairy Reminder!

I'm sure everyone will agree getting kids to eat their greens is next to ImPoSsIbLe............


I thought a friendly reminder from our fairy friend Fleur might get the point across in a fun way.


Fleur our fairy  left a tiny box of "Fairy Cabbages" (Spussel Sprouts in the base of a matchbox) sprinkled with a little edible glitter outside our fairy door today.  In her letter to the kids she exclaimed "Although us fairies invented and absolutely adore fairy cakes, it is super important to eat up all your vegetables. So I picked some yummy fairy cabbages from my garden for you to enjoy.  I seen last year that you grew some vegetables and herbs in your garden, I had a little word with the garden fairies this morning and they have promise to make your garden bloom come spring." she also promised to reward them with a fairy cake (aka a mini chocolate chip muffin) if they eat all their vegetables for one whole week!!!

It will be interesting to see if this works :0),

I came across this picture on google images of a broccoli fairy house. I re sized it to the size of a stamp, printed it off and wrote the letter on the reverse side like a postcard.

Unicorn Poop..........

On Wednesday morning, the kids woke up to find a trail of white glitter and what appeared to be tiny horse hoof marks trailed across our fireplace and window sill.  The next day there was a "Fairy Mail" waiting for the kids when they got home from school. In the letter Fleur our fairy apologised for the mess she had made :0), she went on to explain that she was having so much fun playing with her unicorn "Gem" all night that she didn't realise it was morning until she heard the kids running down the stairs.  She had to dash as fairies are very shy and didn't have time to clean up her Unicorns poop!!! How messy is our little Fairy :0),

To do this I designed, printed and cut out a stencil of some horse shoes.  Then I placed it on the fireplace and sieved some icing sugar over it, lifted the stencil very carefully to reveal the tiny horse hooves.  I sprinkles some white glitter, along with some smarties and multi-coloured sprinkles.  I wanted to use white chocolate chips and multicoloured star sprinkles but my local shopping centre was sold out :0(, But this worked just fine!

"Fairy Going's on..........."

There has been alot of Fairy going's on in our house of late.  Last Thursday morning we spotted a set of teenie tiny fairy footprints outside our Fairy door.  There was a trail of footprints leading from the fairy door towards a pile of fairy trinkets she had left for the kids, with a trail of footprints leading back towards the door.  The kids were blown away by them and the buttons and thimbles she had left for them to find.  After breakfast the kids went straight back to investigate the footprints only to find Max our dog licking the footprints off the floor! Yes, there were lots of tears.......

You may notice the little silver plant pot in the above picture, on Sunday our fairy left the kids a present of some magic seeds, the instruction said to plant the seeds and water them everyday and on the 4th day something fantastic will grow! We are going to plant them today so stay posted, we will let you know what magically grows :0),

Today our Fairy left the kids some Fairy Cakes from "The Fairy Cakery Bakery".  One of the tiniest chocolate fudge cake's that we ever did see and a box of fairy doughnuts.  They were almost to nice to eat!! :0), Almost!
